How do I track my emotions?

Open the app and tap the "+" button to log a new emotion entry. You can select your mood, add notes, and optionally include heart rate data from HealthKit.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your emotional data is stored securely on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at davidlin123@icloud.com with a description of the problem.
